Ivalu is a young student on her path to become the first female veterinarian of Inuit origin. As part of her studies she travels to North of Greenland to treat the sled dogs that are an indispensable part of the traditional hunting culture. On her journey she discovers how the warming climate and urbanisation are changing the millennia old bond between Inuit and their dogs. What happens to a culture when its landscape disappears?
