School of Hope will be screened at Auroville Film Festival

School of Hope, a film directed by Mohamed el Aboudi that follows the nomadic Oulad Boukais Tribe, will be screened at Auroville Film Festival in India on 20.1.2022. The film has been chosen to category ''Human Unity Films''.

The aim of the Auroville Film Festival is to connect with people and cultures within and beyond Auroville and to further the aspiration of human unity by showcasing films that develop the theme of human unity.

Suffering of a long drought caused by climate change, Oulad Boukais tribe is trying to ensure a better future for their children by setting up a school in a small clay building.
