Moon child

Moon child is a documentary about events, experiences and feelings related to international adoption. Director Anna Korhonen is the mother of a daughter adopted from Thailand. Reflecting her own child's background has been the starting point for this film. International adoption has become more widespread throughout the Western world in recent decades. However, surprisingly little is said about how children end up being adopted. What happened before stamping the adoption papers?
